How do I know if I have anxiety?

The symptoms of anxiety can manifest physically as sweating, trembling, aches, jaw tension, panic attacks, and lightheadedness. Mentally, anxiety can present as obsessive thoughts, paranoia, irritability, difficulty sleeping, concentrating, and socializing. While these symptoms are normal in moderation, when one or more of the above issues begins to become a recurring issue, help may be needed.
